Two Coaches Clinics (good stuff for those interested in coaching!)
If you are a coach or are interested in coaching, please continue reading. The Duck Creek Pop Warner League strives maintain a positive environment for our players. One way to do that is to make sure our all-volunteer coaching staff is prepared to meet the needs of our players.
MegaClinic and Riddell are putting on youth coaches clinics throughout the US. They will be in Green Bay at the Radisson on March 2nd thru the 4th. Riddell offers this clinic free to all youth football coaches. for a list of speakers and there times go here:

But Wait....there's more: The Gridiron Coaches clinic will be put on at Appleton North High School on Wednesday, March 7th 6-9 pm. Keynote speakers are Winston Moss, Packers assistant head coach; Bill Collar, motivation; and Scott Dalchow, Theda Care sports medicine. Position fundamental drills will be demonstrated after speeches. $20 in advance; $30 at door. Contact Matt Hechel, 920-450-8364 /

Because the Duck Creek Pop Warner organization has no direct experience with the either of these Clinics we cannot provide a direct endorsement of this camp, but anytime interested parents and coaches have an opportunity to participate in events like this, it only helps the overall organization. If you do participate, please let us know how this event went so we can determine if this is something we should endorse in the future.
