Dates:		Tuesday, October 7, 2008 from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm Thursday, October 9, 20038 from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

Where:		Holschuh Storage Units, (located next to Village Lanes) 3700 Velp Ave. Howard Same as equipment pick-up.

Player equipment to be turned in is:

Helmets with Pop Warner Decal still on the helmet ($50 charge if not returned)
- Helmet must be cleaned inside and out with a disinfectant spray
- Remove any striping or numbering, there will a $5 if not removed
Shoulder Pads ($40 charge if not returned)
2-Hip, 2-Thigh, 2-Knee and 1-Tail Pad ($3 charge each if not returned)
Pants ($14 charge if not returned and $5 charge if not washed)
Player keeps jersey.
Deposit checks will be cashed after the turn in date for those players who do not turn in equipment.

Please notify your coach in advance if you are unable to make any of the times listed above.
