To: Team Coordinator/Team Parent
Last year we had great success in receiving donated items for our silent auction. We would like to give a BIG thanks to everyone that contributed.
Along with special donated items, we had each team put together a theme basket. We would like to ask each team to once again put together a basket. There is a few ways to make this an easy task:
- Collect a small amount of money from each family and then go out and purchase the items.
- Ask if someone’s place of employment would be willing to donate any items.
- Go to any business and solicit donations directly.
Attached is a copy of the “thank you for your contribution” letter to be given to any business you do get a donation from, our tax identification number is included. Please contact Leanne with your team’s theme basket idea or for any other donations you receive 434-5759.
